Tranquility Beauty and Wellness is a personal beauty and health clinic that is family owned and operated since 2009. The team at Tranquility are dedicated to your relaxation and wellbeing and sets itself apart from other salons by going the extra mile for each client, endeavouring to create a tranquil experience at each and every visit. Located on the outside of Beaumaris shopping centre, the team welcomes clients by offering an extensive range of skin and body treatments. Tranquility is known for its great customer service and care towards clients so it is recommended to book in advance as to avoid disappointment. This can be done online, over the phone or in person.

We have a range of wellness and beauty treatments to help you look and feel your best whatever the occasion. From waxing and spray tans to facials and massages, you’ll find everything you need to become your most radiant self.

Tranquility Beauty and Wellness offers a wide range of treatments and products to suit each individual client. Offering Medik8, an award winning cosmeceutical skin and body range, Thalgo and al.ive, you’ll find the best products at our clinic. We also use and highly recommend the doTERRA essential oils for wellbeing.
We’re dedicated to providing our clients with service that feels luxurious but is accessible to everyone. Not only that, we like to educate our clients so that their journey to better skin or a more confident self can continue even when they leave the salon.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY TRANQUILITY
Thankyou for your purchase!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a credit or an
exchange to the same value provided that the item is returned within 14 days in it's original
packaging, unopened and used.
*Please note that this return policy does not apply to skincare or supplements*
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchange on skincare or supplements if you simply have a change of mind.
We will however offer an exchange or refund if the product or faulty, damaged or causes an allergic reaction
(Photo evidence must be provided for all allergies and medical evaluation may also be requested at our discretion,
depending on the circumstances).
Any return shipping cost will be at your own expense.
Appointment T's & C's
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients.
A 25% deposit is required when booking an appointment at Tranquility, whether online, in the salon, or over the phone.
Customers are kindly requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 12 working hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a 25% appointment fee being charged.
Appointments that are booked and confirmed and clients fail to show will incur 100% appointment charge.
If an appointment is cancelled within the policy period then the deposit taken for the appointment will revert back to a 'credit' attached to the client card that made the appointment.
No refund will be given.
Cancellations can be made by phone or by replying to the confirmation text within the specified time frame.
Terms and conditions for vouchers sold by Tranquility
Congratulations if you have been blessed with a
voucher for Tranquility!
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
unless stated otherwise. No extensions will be given.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed on treatment and products
within the salon.
Scanning the QR code within the voucher slip will take
you directly to the online booking system to book your
treatment or call the salon on 9300 5443 to book.
Your voucher code will be used to hold a 25% deposit for
the chosen treatment.
If the treatment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, the
salon’s cancellation policy will come into effect.
