Christmas at Tranquility is Coming!
As the festive season approaches, we’re excited to celebrate with all of our valued clients. To ensure we can treat each of you to the care and attention you deserve, we kindly encourage you to book your December appointments early.
A deposit will be required to secure your booking, and we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations during December.
To accommodate the busy season, we’ll be extending our hours and bringing in extra team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as it’s one of the busiest months of the year.
Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to help us stay on track and give you the full pampering experience you deserve.

Tranquility return and refund policy
Thank you for your purchase.
We want you to feel confident in the products you buy from us. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to offer a credit or exchange of equal value, provided that:
The item is returned within 14 days of purchase. It is in its original packaging. It is unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.
Please note: This return policy does not apply to skincare or supplements.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare or supplements for change of mind, in line with Australian Consumer Law. However, we will provide a refund, replacement, or exchange if the item is: Faulty, Damaged, or Causes a genuine allergic reaction.
For allergy-related claims, photo evidence must be provided, and a medical evaluation may be requested at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Appointment Terms & Conditions
All treatment and product prices are subject to change without notice.
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Clients are kindly requested to cancel or reschedule at least 12 working hours before their scheduled appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the 25% deposit being charged as a late-notice fee.
If an appointment is cancelled within the policy timeframe, the deposit will be converted to a credit on the client’s account. This credit may be redeemed at future appointments by the same client. No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations can be made by calling the salon or by replying to the confirmation text within the required notice period.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
No extensions are available, so we recommend booking well in advance to avoid missing the expiry date.
Gift vouchers are issued for a monetary value only and are not sold as specific treatments or products.
Prices for treatments and products are based on the current price at the time of booking or redemption, not the price at the time the voucher was purchased.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed for any treatments or products available within the salon.
You can book your treatment by scanning the QR code on your voucher to access our online booking system, or by calling the salon on 9300 5443.
Your voucher code will be used to secure the required 25% appointment deposit.
If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
